Pretty good for me :)
I'm a bit surprised about the amount of negative reviews, I guess people seem to have issues with the website and customer service but I've had positive experiences (in the UK) so far.
I've made about 4 purchases, all of which I'm pleased with, particularly because I care about products being cruelty free and vegan, which elf cosmetics are!
The latest order I placed did leave one thing out, but I emailed them asking to send me the missing item and they replied to me within a couple hours (at 9pm, even though it's outside business hours!) saying they were going to ship it out asap. The delivery usually only takes a week max but often less than that.
I like their points system and I've managed to save a considerable amount of money thanks to it personally.
So overall, I quite like elf cosmetics, the website, the points and the orders have all been fine for me so far. :)

Slow.Slow.Slow….and disappointing
Ordered items over a week ago for my Christmas party in a few days as I don’t wear makeup often. thinking that over a week is sufficient to get my order in my hands in the age of Amazon et al who can have the most obscure things to you the next day. My order has only just been dispatched and was sent SECOND CLASS Royal Mail. Would have been more cost effective to throw my money in the bin. Can’t comment on the products at this point as I’m not even sure if I’ll get them. Had to buy alternatives from elsewhere. Shan’t be buying from E.L.F again, should have read the reviews before ordering

I wouldn't bother ordering from their website as my order still had not been dispatched so I cancelled it only to be told that I can't cancel an order once it's been sent to the shipping department.
I emailed today asking how long it would be until the order would be shipped only to get an email saying your order has been cancelled! So why couldn't this have been done in the first place when I asked??
This company is incompetent & has no idea what the left hand is doing from the right awful service won't be using ever again.

Don’t bother ordering through their website
From order to shipping time is unnecessarily long! Package was apparently ‘delivered’ to my address on a date I was out of the country and nobody was home, neighbour hasn’t seen it. I’ve also been ignored by customer services when I asked them to look into this!

Fantastic delivery and lovely products
I’ve ordered from elfcosmetics.co.uk twice and each time the order arrives quickly in 1-2 days, is packaged nicely and all the products are there. The products are lovely quality and I got to choose two free gift items.
Wonderful products, terrible customer service.
Fantastic range of products, affordable and all vegan. However, the customer service is amongst the worst I've experienced. Advisors are condescending, rude and unhelpful. Avoid.

I shopped, I paid, I had order confirmation.. then I waited and waited..
I haven’t bought much off this website before because I’ve always been able to buy my E.L.F makeup/beauty products in my local drug store, however, an advert popped up about them having a sale online so I thought why not, treat myself.
I bought a handful of items and going through the ordering process was a breeze.. that was until after I had paid for my items.
When I bought them I knew that they would take a few days to be delivered, but it’s been over a week and I’ve had nothing. I’ve not had any order update to let me know if my order has even been shipped yet.
I contacted someone through the email they provided at the contact us page and within a day or 2 I had a response that there was delayed shipping due to the amount of volume of orders they have had and that I should wait 5 - 7 days for my order to shipped after I have made my purchase.
So now it’s been over 7 days and I’ve had nothing.
I think for such a big well known branded company this level of customer care is appalling.
Will I ever get my items?

Ignored by customer service multiple times
Worst customer service. They talk and email you like its such an inconvenience, so unprofessional with how they do it as well. I placed my order and it only got shipped out almost 2 weeks later. No communication in the mean time. When I asked for when it would get posted I was met with rude and condescending emails.
Bottom line:
Amazing products. Horrible customer service. I know in the UK they do not stock all they’re products at the chemist and if you want certain products you have to buy them online, if you do choose to buy online be prepared to wait ages and not get any of your questions answered.

I can’t believe I have to give 3 stars and this is in no way shape or form Is a reflection on the amazing products. However, the service isn’t great 😟 orders take forever to come and only after you make contact with them first!! Twice my order was only dispatched following a query to find out where my goods were!! Other than that ELF is every beauty cosmetics gurus go to for affordably high quality makeup and skin care 🤩🤩🤩
Double quick time
I ordered two lovely metallic eyeshadows and they have arrived in double quick time. They are really lovely and I got them at a great price. This is my first purchase from this company but I will definitely be buying from them again. I'm very happy. :)
amazing and affordable
I have ordered from elf 3 times in the past 5-6 months. To be honest, it is one of the most amazing companies which provides amazing products and affordable for the pigment and the fact that the products are vegan, cruelty free and paraben free.
The customer service for elf, is quick at replying to emails if you have a problem they would try and resolve it quickly.

No confirmation email and saying order number is incorrect.
*UPDATE* Items arrived on the 12th. Good products. Probably wouldn't order direct again concidering I didn't get a confirmation email and my order was made out to be non existent on the website! Rather pay a bit more and have a confirmation email saying so!
Ordered my products on the 5th. Not even received a confirmation email AND it says my order number/email/postcode is incorrect. Which it is not. Luckily I did screenshot my order number before clicking off the page! I've had E.L.F products before but never bought off their website. Now not very hopeful they'll turn up!

Absolutely poor
Absolutely poor! Ordered a week ago and the order has not even been despatched and every time I query this I have received the same generic, templated response. Prices might be cheap but that does not excuse the really poor service please sort it out. Would love to be able to provide better feedback but I just can’t see that I would deal with you again based upon the service I have received

Would recommend
Products are very affordable and high quality. Came very well packaged and fairly quickly. I got a couple items for free on an offer they had and was happy with that. I had an issue with a primer bottle that didn't work well. Emailed their customer service and they sent out another bottle for me. Excellent customer service, quick response times, good products. Would recommend
